#yogawithmarti: Programme for beginners
This 4 weeks program was designed to give you all the tools and knowledge to have a safe, complete and mindful practice at home. You will find 5 classes of 45/60 minutes each with different focuses, that will help you both on strengthening and stretching the body.
These classes are for everyone, if you have never done yoga before, if you have just started it, or if you already practice at home but you feel you need more guidance.
In these online classes you will be guided step by step by Martina Sergi, certified yoga teacher, as if you were in a real class in a yoga studio.
