This two-hour workshop is open to all levels. Together we will explore the position of the handstand, with variations and challenges along the way. Remember that to invert the body can be a joyous and fun experience. It is not necessary to be able to go upside down to be able to participate in this workshop. In the end you will have all the tools to be able to continue to build your inversions practice at home.
