In this two-hour workshop you will be guided to flow, connecting your movements to your breath in order to deepen your practice of heart openers. These flows will challenge you to find comfort in the uncomfortable and calm your mind when it starts to wander. For a portion of class we will work in couples to have a safer and more complete experience of different asana, helping each other to get into more challenging poses and transitions. All levels are welcome.
